辅助支承

 辅助支承在机械加工中,有时由于受工件本身结构的限制,使加工部位处于悬臂状态;或是为了使装夹工件方便,使机床夹具中不能设置足够的固定支承,来限制工件的正确位置,这样常常给加工带来困难。为了保持工件定位时的稳定性及增强刚性,常采用辅助支承解决。辅助支承应具有足够的刚性,它除了能帮助主要支承承受切削力以外,又不使工件离开定位面。
